1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix Black Garlic Mustard, honey, olive oil, and soy sauce.  

  3. Season pork with salt and pepper. Coat with glaze.

  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
